I don't think North thinks of it as breaking in, but yeah, that's him. He brings toys to all the kids that believe in him. That's a lot.
But where I'm from, the story goes that Santa has his elves make the toys. Except the elves are about as worthless as it's possible to be and still be breathing.
...Never eat anything an elf gives you. They probably licked it first.
