Backtagging: I will backtag for half of forever. Not quite all of forever, unless it's an important scene somehow, but pretty close. But if I tag an old scene and you're just like 'meh,' then that's cool, too!
Threadhopping: Go for it! If I do it to you without thinking, just let me know, and I'm happy to delete if needed.
Fourthwalling: This is the easiest one, ha. Yes, Jack has heard the song about "Chestnuts roasting on an open fire. Jack Frost nipping at your nose~" He thinks he should get royalties, but that's kind of hard to enforce when everyone thinks he's just an expression. So feel free to pull that out as often as humanly possible. His suffering is delicious. (He has not seen Cold Mizer, but if anyone ever felt like introducing the concept to him...) I only ask that you don't mention his specific movie. He knows people THINK he's fictional, but I'd rather he not know he's ACTUALLY fictional.

As for Jack breaking the fourth wall for your characters, I'm totally open to it. Is your character from something that kids around the elementary school age set are likely to talk about while outside and/or run around pretending to be? (I'm looking at YOU, Avengers~) Or is your character from a reasonable facsimile of an Earth that could exist alongside the one in Rise of the Guardians? Maybe Jack ran into them as a kid, or heard about them from... somewhere. And of course, mythological figures of any and every sort. Crytpozoologists, Jack is your new best friend~ (But please note, except for something like the Loch Ness Monster, Jack will not recognize anyone without explicit permission.)
Offensive subjects (elaborate): It's amazingly hard to offend me, but seeing as Jack is 14 (or 314, if you want to get technical... hey, he's pi!) and a Guardian of Childhood, I'd prefer to keep him generally PG-13. I'm up to discussing options, though, so hit me up.

[IC]

Hugging this character: He's not the most touchy-feely, but he's pretty easy going, so if your character is feeling the moment, go for it. Kids get carte blanche on this one.
Kissing this character: Probably a no. Can't guarantee it won't be like the light pole scene from A Christmas Story. A peck on the cheek would probably be fine (a thimble, if you will) but otherwise, gonna have to say no unless we discuss it first and come up with a REALLY good reason.
Flirting with this character: If you want to see how hilariously bad he is at flirting back, why not? He's been stuck invisible so long, it's not a thing that would even occur to him under normal circumstances.
Fighting with this character: Sure, just talk to me first.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Good luck with that. He's pretty hard to actually damage without breaking or damaging his staff first, and he's really protective of the staff, so talk to me first. We'll see what we can come up with.
Killing this character: Like the above, this is HARD. This is more a maybe than a no, but we'll have to talk a lot first. And he's just so adorable, why would you want to?
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure, why not? Just check with me first so I can tell you what, if anything, he's actually thinking. Teenagers, you know. Practically blank slates.

Warnings: Jack likes practical jokes and pranks. Just ask Bunnymund. So while I'm not SAYING he'll pull anything (as retaliation or otherwise), he may very well attempt to pull something. Or even just if he likes you. Who knows? (Joking aside, I do always clear his 'fun' with the appropriate muns.)
