[Obviously, someone has been practicing. When the feed kicks on, it's a properly framed picture of one Jack Frost. He's set up camp in the woods fringing Cherrygrove City with a good view of the beach and a frolicking Seel in the background behind him. He also looks more cheerful and less confused than last time.

Oh, and the egg in his lap. That's new, too.]

So, everyone was awesome about answering my questions last time, now I've got more of them.

Cherrygrove is nice. Been here a couple days, now. [He gestures over his shoulder.] You can tell Phil likes it. Kind of got lost on the way here, yeah, yeah, I know it's a straight line, okay, and Phil is about as slow as slow can be, but now that I'm here, I've got this guy. [He pokes at the egg. It's blue and white and people in the know might recognize it as a Pachirisu egg. Jack is not in the know.] Or girl. How do you tell?

For that matter, what do I do with it? Am I supposed to keep it warm? Someone mentioned a deal for new people just showing up, and that's totally me, so I, uh... just kind of hit buttons until I saw something that sounded good, but now I'm thinking that wasn't the best idea?

[He takes a second to glance over his shoulder, probably to make sure his Seel hadn't been eaten by a shark in the last few minutes or anything. If nothing else, this place seems to be teaching him a really strange sense of responsibility. If only Bunny could see him now.

He resettles, placing the gear on the ground in front of him so it can pick up a full body shot, including the sneakers he wasn't wearing before.]

Okay, second question, and... I know how crazy this sounds, but at least some of you weren't human before getting here, right? Pretty sure I've met one already. [Again, unless Thor's parents had some ridiculous delusions of grandeur.] So the question is- how do you stand it? Not the being here, that's turning out pretty cool, but the rest of it. All the getting hungry, and tired, and walking everywhere, not to mention buying stuff. Am I gonna have to get a- [shudder] -job?

Well, since I was human before coming here, I can attest that a job certainly won't be the end of you. It's even better if you can find a job doing something you enjoy!

Just about every PokeCenter in either region will accept help, so you are helping take care of someones Pokemon; the nurses will always be available for questions too, so there's no chance of doing something wrong.

You get used to it eventually, there's not much else you can do.

[Oh yes, this has been a big sore point with Envy ever since he got here.]

And you'll need money if you want to eat and sleep inside, but luckily you can get money from battles. [And, uh. Stealing. Which is what Envy does. Stealing and Meowth's Payday, screw jobs.]. So you don't need some stupid job at a Pokemart cash register.

Glad to see you made it! I've had a good three years to get used to it again, but I understand where you're coming from. This flesh business is more trouble than it's worth.

[EYES WERE THE WORST OKAY you got soap and dust and eyelashes and all kinds of horrible stuff in them.]

[Steve is in full Captain America uniform except the helmet and cowl, but the helmet is in view, a Cubone is wearing it behind Steve, although not entirely successfully, but it seems unbothered or unaware of it]

You won't be able to tell gender til it's born, and even then you'll probably have to use the Pokegear to know which. Some Pokemon are genderless, so it's just a roll of the dice when you don't know what Pokemon you're getting.

Just keep the egg with you and take care of it. You don't have to sit on it or roll it, I don't even think you have to keep it warm, they're hardy. I just put them in my bag when walking around, but my Riolu seems to like to huddle against them at night. I don't think it helped or hurt any.

I also just did a "whatever sounds good" when picking my free egg, got this one [pets his Eevee who is slung over his shoulder like always] so maybe you'll luck out too.

[Hey, that's the egg Menma had.] Some Pokemon have very different markings to tell if they're boys or girls, but I don't think Pachirisu does. Though, if you point your Pokedex at it, it will tell you!

My outfit..? [looks down on himself because he didn't realize what he was wearing, he looks up again awkward and feeling a bit embarrassed. It's such second nature of him to suit up when it's cold in the morning and take off the top layer as it gets warmer]

Um, back home this is... one of my uniforms. At least it's not super shiny red and gold?

Working isn't so bad. If you can get through it for a few weeks it's really not that hard to save up for the big things. Battling trainers should at least earn enough to cover food and some supplies, though. [Hey newbie!]

I knew people who weren't human before they came here, but you're kind of the first one that's mentioned not needing to eat and walk. [The tone is a bit amused, though she'd not trying to be rude. She's a bit awed at the idea I suppose you'd say.]

[Jack laughs. Poor adventurer! He remembers buckling and putting on a coat when his first snowfall rolled around. Colds were awful.]

Never underestimate a good pair of boots! Maybe you'll come across a pokemon big enough for you to ride.

(Ooc: Totally cool with me!)

[okay, he can understand kids dressing up as him after New York, still embarrassing, but when he was in the USO kids would play pretend as him. It's still hard to accept without a sense of modesty. Also, it seems strange to him that kids outside of the USA would dress up as him]

Yeah, saving a major city can do that.

Absolutely!

[Jack, you're in for a treat. Luckily, Jack S. is outside while checking his gear and unclips a pokeball from his belt.]

Dennis, come out!

[An enormous, winding, somewhat wall-eyed leviathan of a pokemon appears in a burst of red light. Dennis the Gyrados.]

Then I will recommend asking right at front counter for a job.

So let's see, the rest of 'being a human' on your list.. yes, walking is common, but if you raise a big enough Pokemon, they may be able to carry you.

Resting is good for at least six hours, though eight hours of sleep is best, and make sure to eat at least three times a day. You will want to eat a little after you've woken up, around noon, then again in the evening around five or six o clock. You can make changes as you feel are necessary, but those are basics.

[Jack beams. Dennis is his BB okay. He is so proud of that stupid wall-eyed fish.]

This, friend, is a Gyrados, the evolved form of Magikarp. Several pokemon get larger as they evolve! I have a Murkrow who, I think, is purposefully not evolving so she can continue to sit on my shoul-DERRRR

[The enormous fishy head of Dennis shoves his trainer aside so that he can squint into the tiny noise-making thing his trainer seems to like so much. Be glad you can't smell his fishbreath. Jack shoves one of Dennis's long whiskers out of the way.]

He's very friendly!

Uh-huh. But eggs are very easy to hatch. All you have to do is keep it safe and warm and they will hatch in no time! It's such a wonderful thing too!
