WHOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO!

[Jack has his staff and his powers back. The mid-air loop-de-loops probably make that pretty obvious. As does the miniature snowstorm following him everywhere even in all this heat. Everything within 50 feet of him seems to have forgotten what season it’s supposed to be, which is just fine by him. That heat was too much for anyone, let alone a winter sprite.

Now that he can ride the wind again, he's using it to take him just about everywhere.

So, who’s up for a snowball fight???]

[Pitch officially wants off of this planet.]

_{[Jack is quite happy wandering around observing all the chaos. He was far too grumpy to go out of doors the last time this happened, so here he is rubbernecking like some country bumpkin seeing New York for the first time.]

[Is that--]

[It is!]

[Jack waves his long bony arms to get the boy's attention.]}

Peculiar day, isn't it!

[How about a half-ghost with ice powers? He's flying all over too. And the snowstorm doesn't escape him.] Niiice! You can make storms and stuff then?

[ Jack's not the only one who has wind-related abilities back. It's been far too long since Talim could properly commune with the wind, and it told her it had a passenger. She doesn't look as surprised to see him as she should ]

Jack! [ wavewavewave ] I didn't know you could ride the winds!

[Well, that's a great way to bring his fun to a screeching (if temporary) halt.]

Pitch?

[He swoops down with a laugh, landing lightly on his feet.]

Yeah, it really is. I'm definitely not complaining.

[Even if he is eyeing the... skeleton? rather oddly. The face is... sort of right, the body totally isn't, but the voice... His eyes light up as it clicks.]

Jack?

I would say in the flesh but...you know.

_{[It doesn't stop him from grinning at his own dumb joke.]}

I like what you've done with the place.

[That mini storm makes snow fall on Stoutland. She usually doesn't mind such a weather, but today it took her by surprise! She shakes her body to get ride of it and looks around. When she notices Jack up there, she starts barking, calling her Trainer's attention.

Bianca also looks up, surprised.] Is that... a flying person?

[A snowstorm in the middle of winter probably doesn't escape most people. Jack grins.]

Just about anything you can dream up with winter weather, yep. And then some.

Talim! [He drops out of the wind current he was riding, catching himself on his own powers as it let him go.]

Among other things. [So far, the best part of today aside from the whole having his powers back thing, is seeing other sides to so many of his new friends.]

We've kinda got an understanding, I guess you could say.

[It is TOTALLY a flying person! One who notices her staring and grins and waves proudly.

The barking Stoutland will get a snowball for her troubles, though. But no worries! It's all in good fun, right?]

[It's not THAT bad a dumb joke, so Jack grins along.

He looks up, the snowflakes coming a bit harder, a bit larger. The sort of snow that might make a snowday if it went on long enough.]

I could do even better if it wasn't so hot everywhere else.

[Bianca can't help giggling and waving back. That's so awesome! She would love to join him up there, but Flying-types are weak against ice, so it's not a very good idea.

This time Stoutland is ready and sees that coming, so she dodges the snowball and starts chasing after Jack. Her teeth start glowing a blue color - does that look like frost? Sure it does! Guess who knows how to use Ice Fang?

Bianca laughs a bit more.] I think Stout wants to play with you!

[ when Akito finishes his shift at the Pokémon centre and notices snow. well. it's cold and he shivers, but takes A-T, Regalia, Mikura, and Kushiro with him to the edge of the city and the start of the nearest route. Spitfire stays behind to keep the PokéEggs warm, disliking the chill coming from the snow.

it's just to the edge of the route that he lets his Pokémon loose in the snow - all except Regalia, who curls up in his shirt for a cuddle instead. they enjoy it, and Akito decides to take this opportunity to practice making snowballs.

too little pressure. too much pressure. not enough snow. too much snow.

by the time Akito makes a satisfactory snowball his hands are so numb that his aim is completely off and he has no idea where it lands once he's thrown it. ]

[Pitch is kind of a fun sucker.]

No, the leprachaun.

So it was telling me. It appears people are getting all sort of abilities back.

What else can you do?

Impressive.

[Guess who's also enjoying a respite from recent happenings? And who, also, seems to have had her powers restored as she hovers on the air nearby?]

[Envy, for one, doesn't mind the sudden shift in weather. In fact, she seems to revel in it.

Canadians, honestly.]

This is a lot better than all that heat.

[Best. Day. EVER. Pinkie Pie, now a pink pony, hopping happily trying to catch up with him.]

Nice. I can do this- [DANNY PHANTOM used ICE BEAM! That Pidgey didn't stand a chance.]

_{[Jack stoops down to scoop up a handful of the powdery stuff. He's not really a snow expert, but it looks like good snow! The old skeleton starts forming it into a ball.]}

The day's not over yet. We could very well have a rain!

[He is, but Jack is pretty quick to recover, and it's gonna be hard to get him down completely when he's got his powers back.]

And here I thought you'd be making friends with the Groundhog by now.

[Of COURSE it's good snow. Jack doesn't waste time with bad snow or even mediocre snow. He's all about quality.

He laughs, though, scooping up a snowball of his own. He cheats a bit, the snow forming a ball nearly as soon as his hand touches it.]

Maybe after I leave.

[Jack frowns a little, raising an eyebrow.]

Hey, what'd that bird ever do to you?

Yeah, I noticed. Some look a lot more fun than others. [With his own being the most fun of all, of course.]

But me, I can do all kinds of things. If it happens in the winter, I can probably do it. [Case in point, the snow clouds have caught up and begun gathering again, with just the first flurries starting to fall.] What about you?
