[Jack has his staff and his powers back. The mid-air loop-de-loops probably make that pretty obvious. As does the miniature snowstorm following him everywhere even in all this heat. Everything within 50 feet of him seems to have forgotten what season it’s supposed to be, which is just fine by him. That heat was too much for anyone, let alone a winter sprite.

Now that he can ride the wind again, he's using it to take him just about everywhere.

[It is TOTALLY a flying person! One who notices her staring and grins and waves proudly.

The barking Stoutland will get a snowball for her troubles, though. But no worries! It's all in good fun, right?]

[Bianca can't help giggling and waving back. That's so awesome! She would love to join him up there, but Flying-types are weak against ice, so it's not a very good idea.

This time Stoutland is ready and sees that coming, so she dodges the snowball and starts chasing after Jack. Her teeth start glowing a blue color - does that look like frost? Sure it does! Guess who knows how to use Ice Fang?

Bianca laughs a bit more.] I think Stout wants to play with you!

[Probably not, no, but Jack is obviously more than happy to put on a show to amuse her even if she is stuck on the ground.

The Ice-type move couldn't hurt him in this form, anyway, but he rolls in the wind to avoid it, anyway, tossing another snowball as he does so and tossing a grin at Bianca when he circles back around.]
