[Jack has his staff and his powers back. The mid-air loop-de-loops probably make that pretty obvious. As does the miniature snowstorm following him everywhere even in all this heat. Everything within 50 feet of him seems to have forgotten what season it’s supposed to be, which is just fine by him. That heat was too much for anyone, let alone a winter sprite.

Now that he can ride the wind again, he's using it to take him just about everywhere.

Yeah, sure, I guess. Why not? [Obviously, the snow itself already demonstrates his biggest use of his power, but he reaches out with his staff to press the crook against the trunk of the tree. A spiral of frost grows from it and down, curling around the branches and making something that might be an upside-down stylized flower opposite Bell.]
