[Jack has his staff and his powers back. The mid-air loop-de-loops probably make that pretty obvious. As does the miniature snowstorm following him everywhere even in all this heat. Everything within 50 feet of him seems to have forgotten what season it’s supposed to be, which is just fine by him. That heat was too much for anyone, let alone a winter sprite.
Now that he can ride the wind again, he's using it to take him just about everywhere.
So, who’s up for a snowball fight???]

[Akito is getting the snowball Jack already has made thrown at him, and then Jack is pulling out Phil's ball and calling him out to join the fray. At the least he'll be a good moving barrier to hide behind.
Phil looks a bit confused over what he's found himself in the middle of, but it's cold! And snowy! Which is okay by him.]
